2010 Big Glade

I am thinking of postponing the monthly at Big Glade two weeks until June 26th. Looks like the snow is not melting as fast as needed, & Big Glade is just under 9,000' so that would make it a little warmer. Need to look into other events and possible conflicts. Let me know what you think or if you know of an event that would be an issue.

A two week delay would remove the conflict with AM Nationals, but would conflict with a NUDGA "Eyes on the Prize" event at Brigham City. Good luck finding a better weekend though...

Hey Everyone
Have talked with Big Wave Dave and others and we are postponing the Big Glade Weekend to the 25-27 of June. Looks like there is a NUDGA event in Brigham City but this is the only Weekend the works. I can only get the 25th off from work and Dave has issues too. Sorry if this change is a problem for some, but there is no other choice. WE will Need HELP with setting up the Course on Friday Morning (24 Holes). Bring up your baskets if you have some; Team Utah only has 16 baskets. Please let me or Dave know if you can help. Would like to play doubles or something Friday afternoon if we can get the course up. Night golf Friday and Saturday, bring glow stuff for you discs; I will bring big glow sticks for the baskets. Ace Derby and Doubles on Sunday for those who didn't get enough Golf in Saturday. See you there.

Am I correct in stating that this is the tentative schedule:

Friday - Set up course and play doubles and night golf
Saturday - 2 round tournament followed by night golf
Sunday - Ace Derby and/or doubles

I would love to play the event , but have massive time restrictions and can probably only stay one night.

Looks like it was a very good thing we postponed Big Glade. Weather Radar showed snow at 9000' Friday night around 11pm in the mountains around Strawberry Reservoir and lots of rain. Let Hope the weather will improve for the 26th.
Dave: Your schedule is correct. I may be heading up on Thursday to get thing started.
